Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Legacy Boxing, we take pride in providing quality boxing and combat sports equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items, subject to the conditions below.

Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery for an exchange or store credit. To qualify, products must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In their original condition and packaging
• With all tags, labels, and accessories included

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

Please note:

• We do not offer cash refunds.
• Sale, clearance, or special-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange once opened or used.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping or courier costs unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.

All returns and exchanges must be approved by our team before items are sent back. To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for the request.
